firefox keeps crashing in 22.04. I have chromium and it works without any problems.

get rid of Snap script (20.04 +) • reinstall Snap for release-upgrade script (20.04 +)
install traditional Firefox script (22.04 +) • install traditional Thunderbird script (24.04)

Also you may want to disable Hardware Acceleration in FF. that can cause problems at times.
