I have Nepomuk/strigi/sesame2 working and indexing.
The only new 'meta-data' tag that dolphin displays is the mime-type.
Entering nepomuksearch:KEYWORD into Dolphin shows some files but it is only showing files where KEYWORD was part of the file name. These are mostly PDF files. Krunner finds the same results using KEYWORD.
It appears that strigi is not indexing meta-data for binary files such as PDF, ogg, jpg.
Dophin does not display any meta-data for these files. I assume that this is because the data is not indexed. Other people have had both problems in prior releases:
1) Dolphin does not show Meta-Data. Should be showing Author, Subject, etc.
2) Strigi is not indexing PDF files.
Anyone else having these issues?
