Dolphin - Watch for folder changes

After the upgrade to Karmic Dolphin no longer sees changes to folders. It used to automatically display new files in a folder and update other information. Now the Reload button must be pressed.

I checked all the settings I could find and couldn't find the entry to 'Watch Changed Folders'. Anyone know how to do this?
