I was not able to connect to gmx.com with Shiretoko for Ubuntu 3.5.3pre.
I rebooted too 7.04 which worked.
Googling I found this is a known problem, and allegedy affects something called camino, and also may affect other URL's.
So, why isn't it fixed?
Here is what I wrote:
To fix broken URL's such as gmx.com in Shiretoko, go to about:config
Change
general.useragent.extra.firefox
from Shiretoko/3.5.3pre
to Firefox/3.5.3pre
and, it works.
I searched and didn't find this one posted. Sorry if it is a duplicate. That puts me up to a dozen major screw-ups, with only I think two not solved yet.
