    kile shortcut

    Hi,

    I use Kile 2.0.81 under KDE 4.2.2.

I usually have the konsole window always open under the main text window as the attached figure.

I would like to know if it is possible to switch the cursor from the main window to the konsole window (and viceversa) using shortcuts.

    Thanks in advance,
    g.

    Re: kile shortcut

I do not know kile, but I would try System Settings - Keyboard&Mouse - Global Keyboard Shortcuts - Component KDE. There are shortcuts for KDE programs there, maybe kile is among them.
If it is not there, try TAB, it is usually used for focus change inside program windows.

      Re: kile shortcut

      thanks but none is working.

in system settings i have not found specific shortcut for kile and the tab button actually produce a tab since the cursor is in text mode within the main kile window or the konsole one.

      bye,
      g.
