Openoffice 'com::sun::star::uno::RuntimeException'

My installation is a new build.
No other packages added.

Any attempt to open an Openoffice application produces 'com::sun::star::uno::RuntimeException'.

Help or advice will be welcome.

The system was reloaded and Open Office now works.
