How can I access the power management module for the Jaunty KDE 3.5 remix? It's not in the Advanced section of System Settings, and I don't know where else to look for it. (I want to control the behavior of my laptop when I close the lid.)

I don't know, but couldn't you run kpowersave? It has all the lid, suspend, CPU frequency, battery, brightness stuff. -

That seems to have done it, once I found where the lid-close setting is. (They refer to the "lid-close button", which confused me at first until I realized that they were referring to the button under the hinge.)Comment
