Centre Windows on opening as default?

Hi. Is it possible for KDE to centre each window on opening. Either that, or a keyboard shortcut to do this?

For example, System monitor always opens aligned to the right edge of screen. KPackageKit to the left edge.

As default the KDE try to place windows "smartly" out of each other way but you can change this behaviour by > FAQ: Window sizes and positions
