Hi All,

By no means it is my intension to insult somone or whatever. You hit the nail on the head Imilano (this is a Dutch expression it means you are exactly wright) It was a login window which I got when installing. And yes it was the same cd which I used at the succesfull installation on VMware. I now think this login window came from windows which also was on the laptop. I must say that I am glad to be without Windows and I solved the problem by installing Ubuntu instead. Then I installed Kubuntu from Ubuntu using the packet manager.
