Missing Quick Launch widget

I upgraded from Kubuntu 8.04 and am now running Kubuntu 8.10 (64 bit) with KDE 4.1.2

In the KDE v3.xx I was using there was a widget that enabled quick launch links to be placed on the task bar. I can't find it in the KDE 4.1.2 version.

Anyone have an idea where I could find that widget or something similar so the quick launch links would be accessible?
