Hi all, here I am again.
I found that whatever change I do in the System Settings/Desktop/All effects tab results in nothing. Everything is saved (I can retrieve the changes if i close and reopen System Settings), but there is no effect in activating/deactivating effects or changing effect options
What can it be?
