Hi, I just used wubi to install kubuntu 8.10 on my computer. I got it to boot to kubuntu...but, all I have is a black screen and a cursor. My pc seems to be doing working..but, nothing pops up on the screen. Its been about 20 minutes. Is this normal for a first time boot? I'm pretty much a beginner at this...maybe I shouldn't have tried it. lol Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Please provide the specifications of your system, particularly your video card.Windows no longer obstructs my view.
