Sync with multiple calendars in Evolution

I'm using Evolution as my calendar and contacts manager. By using Synce (http://www.synce.org) i can synchronize with my HTC Tytn II, i also sync with scheduleworld.
However it only syncs with my Personal (default) calendar and not with my work and birthday calendar. Is there a way to fix this?
