0% [Connecting to be.archive.ubuntu.com (195.238.1.5)]
Since recently I can't get past this line during installation or updating, in synaptic (i don't use adept) I have the same result
EDIT: I'm using kubuntu 8.04 with KDE4

Can somebody help me with solving this problem, I do not have a clue what could have gone wrong
