Hi,
I am using KDE 4 on 8.04 and am happy. However, inserting a CD or DVD results in nothing happening.
When I insert a USB stick all is well, it appears under 'Devices recently plugged in' but CDs and DVDs do not appear there.
If anyone could help I would be grateful as I don't really know where to start debugging this and need the laptop working for the start of term!
