why doesn't adept see everything?

Say for instance, gnome-rdp if you type it into adept you receive no results, if you type it into synaptic you do? Why is that? They both have access to the same repos.

Are the repos set up the same in Adept? (Adept-->Manage Repositories)

In order to be "user-friendly" Adept was split in three about a year ago: Adept Updater, Adept Manager, and Adept Installer. The latter has a very limited selection of packages and is easy to find; Adept Manager is actually able to install useful packages, and is hidden found under System in your K-menu.
