No window decorations on unfocused windows

Dear all,
this seems to be a very strange bug I found when I upgraded to Hardy Heron from Gutsy Gibbon.

I'm using compiz fusion and the decorator is kde-window-decorator. Only the focussed window has the decoration (i.e., borders and title bar), the other have no decorations (or, sometimes, some vertical bars of the decorations (??)).

Can you help me?
