Where do I download and install Flashplayer 9 ?

The ubuntu package is called flashplugin-nonfree.

You can install it via Adept Manager, make sure you have the multiverse repositories enabled (check via Menu Adept - Manage Repositories, make sure "Software restricted by copyright or legal issues" is checked).
