Possible security compromise with new updates???

Anybody know why the updated Nvidia driver isn't trusted:

The only repo I've added to my sources.list that didn't come with a GPG key is the VirtualBox repo, and I only added that because I couldn't get USB support working in the *buntu repo's version.

Doesn't seem to be a problem anymore (or with the repos I'm using)...possibly someone forgot to sign the packages?
