I might do a voluntary re-install this weekend.

See if I can get the issue of my internal hdd not wanting to automatically mount fixed.

I have to admit that with the alphas, auto-mounting seemed to work a charm! Report back and let us know if that actually is the case!

Big update today -- libxine1, python-qt3, etc. I ran the full deal -- I guess I'm now a Beta tester!

Sounds like I'd better check Amarok ....

Same here! Still doing this in a virtual environment, but going great! There are still a few things with KDE4 that doesn't suit how I work with my computer, but I'll find a way around that! At least I was able to get my LogIn screen back. Just have to work on the Splash now.
