no sound Toshiba Tecra with Intel HDA - sigmatel STAC9200

As I mention on the topic subject i have a toshiba tecra m5-384 laptop. Unfortunately I dont have sound. Even though i have tried some things i have found on the net the sound problem is not solved. I have run an alsa script to create a report and here is that report

I would really appreciate any help cause not having sound is a huge problem.

Thanx for the reply. Even though the card is listed with the "aplay -l" command its not listed with the "lspci -v" command. In addition the card used to work when i had windows.
