Hi everyone. I am a novice linux user. I just gots Kubuntu 8.04 with KDE 3 and installed in on my computer and I love it.
I have a Gigabyte GA-965P-DQ6 MB with onboard RAID.
I have one removable HD on the first SATA port that I use for OS's.
I have 4 HD's on the 4 SATA channels that are RAID 0 and formatted with NTFS. Windows can use and see these drivers perfectly.
However in linux using dolphin I see only 3 drives listed and they are not in a RAID fashion and when I click on them they do not have any file system associated with them.
I would assume I need a driver or a special way to mount this RAID volume.
My MB has an Intel P965 Express chipset and the SATA Raid is on an Intel ICH8R southbridge chipset.
Can anyone provide me some support?
thanks
