How do I install new ATI Drivers

I have a ati 3650 512mb video card and Kubuntu 8.04 64bit. How do I install the new ATI drivers so that I can get full acceleration? The new 8.4 drivers support this card but the old 8.3 does not.

Envy does not have 8.4 drivers in it.

There was an update through Adept Update Manager today -- I think that should give you what you need.
