Re: swift weasel from terminal?
How did you install it? If you installed from the swiftweasel repos then you should have in your kicker (kmenu->internet)
when I do:
Code:swiftweasel
fred1@fintanws2:~$ swiftweasel
the settings directory exists
fred1@fintanws2:~$
On my panel icon I have:
swiftweasel %uHP Pavilion dv6 core i7 (Main)

Kubuntu 18.10

Re: swift weasel from terminal?
I installed it from automatix2
Tried ''swiftweasel %u'' but didn't work, when I type swiftweasel in terminal I just get ''command not found''
In m$ I'd be able to drag and drop it from the start menu to the task bar menu or from the program file. I'll try some more to find where it's located.
edit: I found it, opt/automatix/swiftweasel/swiftweasel and got a short cut to the desktop, getting closer.
Got it, icons not right, but good for now.

Re: swift weasel from terminal?
Then open up knmeu editor, add an element ponit it to your swiftweasel and choose an icon, either from the icon folder in the swiftweasel folder or the firefox one if firefox is installed. Place your swiftweasel elelment under "internet" or whereevre you want it. Save the edited menu and close. Now you can add it to the panel with: rightclick on the panel ->add application->choose internez->swiftweasel. done.
There is no way that I know of at the moment to add elements to the kicker in kde4.HP Pavilion dv6 core i7 (Main)
