program added from repository is not in menu (solved)

I added Gnomad2 to the system. it is not in the menu, I'm using KDE 4.0.2 from the repos.

I looked at the menu editor and it says its there! WTF?

If it work using command line (try Gnomad2 or gnomad2). I don't know that software!
But if it work add it manually. right click--> edit menu

I restarted menu editor and it wasn't there so I added it. save and no love...

So I logged out of KDE and back in then and there it is.

wOOT!

Problem solved.
