Not sure when this started, but KPDF won't collate when I print. Can anyone confirm? I do know I have reinstalled at least once since the first time I noticed this problem.

- Please do not use the CODE tag when pasting content that contains formatting (colored, bold, underline, italic, etc).
The CODE tag displays all content as plain text, including the formatting tags, making it difficult to read.
