Please forgive me if this has been addressed, but I am new to Linux. I think I have done ok so far, but I just tried to install an HTML plug-in for eclipse and it is not being recognized.
I installed eclipse via 'adept?' and manually unarchived the plug-in into the /usr/lib/eclipse directory structure after changing some directory write permitions.
Did I miss something, or is this not the correct way to install these plugins.
