Question about the Realtek818x wireless cards in 7.10

Did they FINALLY squash that bug that was causing all the problems with 7.04 with the Realtek818x cards that caused them to be blacklisted because if they did I'll gladly install 7.10, because I hate Hate HATE having to use NDISWRAPPER to connect to the net through 7.04 because it tends to crash more often than not, and it's made me wanna hang myself more than once.
