How to use restricted driver manager?

When I install Gutsy, a message comes up that there is a restricted driver available for my Nvidia card. It mentions a 'restricted manager'.

The last time, I allowed it to install the driver but did not check the box to enable it.
Does this mean I am using only the driver installed by the install cd?

How would I activate this driver? If via the 'restricted manager' how to I run that?
Where is this driver kept and how do I find its name?

FWIW, my Nvidia card is a GeForce 7000.

    What tells:
KMenu -> System Settings -> Advanced -> Restricted Manager

Status ? Is it "In use" ?
    Before you edit, BACKUP !

Why there are dead links ?

Thanks for your reply Rog131. Now I see better how to find the restricted drivers.

In Kmenu > System Settings > Advanced there is no Restricted Manager but there _is_
an icon for Restricted Drivers which lists
"Nvidia accellerated graphics driver (latest ... Not in use"
and the box is not checked.

That's cool cuz I'm fixing to use Envy.
