feth success - but installing upgrade stop at 0%

When I try to upgrade kubuntu to gutsy from adept manager
Fetching updates loads 100% but the next step is installing fetched upgrades that stop on 0%

that's mean all fetched upgrade not installed but the manager stop to unlimit on 0%


how can solve it without erase fetch upgrades

I solved this problem by this command

apt-get update

but still write 1 upgrade

i don't know realy updated or what
