Networked printer and laptop not on speaking terms at the moment...

Here's my current situation. I have a HP Laserjet 6P (with the optional Postscript module installed) attached to the back of an old PC running Ubuntu 7.04, I believe. (I don't think I've upgraded it to 7.10). Anyway, all of my other computers (Kubuntu 7.10 desktop & Powerbook) as well as the Windows side of my laptop can print with no problems. However, when I boot my laptop into Kubuntu, I can see that I've added the printer, it will spool the job, but nothing will print. I've tried to re-add the printer with-in the add printers dialog box, however, when I browse the Windows shares, it can see the other machine but it will not show a printer attached to it.

So anyway, this is totally frustrating me to the point where I figured I'd ask about it.
