Editing KDE Menus

Hi,

Whenever I use the KDE menu Editor to add new entries or edit existing entries all my menu items get jumbled up (as before I use the Menu editor they are all sorted alphabetically) can anyone please tell me how I can stop this or get the System to re sort the items after making changes to the menus.
