sound drivers..... wtf?

they just stopped working earlier...
could anyone help...
i would try to reinstall them..
but im comppletely lost on how to do these things in linux...

you should prolly use alsa, not arts. you can switch it in sound system in System Settings or Sound & Multimedia --> Sound System in Kcontrol....

i shall try that now..
i just reinstalled mu kubuntu.. i will probably be doing that alot in the near future as i am new and i want to experiment as much as possible

ok, i dont know what to do to change that...
but when i click sound test, it work, i can hear it...
