    Re: Evolution

    Probably.
It doesn't look like it requires too much of GNOME itself to be installed, so you shouldn't run into many problems, if any.
    For external use only.

evolution runs fine on kubuntu. Closest thing to Outlook for linux that I've seen.

Now if they would just get it to work with Exchange Server 5.5

I have it running with Exchange 2003 Server. It runs ok, but you need to connect to the web OWA part to get mail working. It gets errors once in a while about opening certain folders and needs a re-booted to get working, but it dosen't happen often. The global address search function is somewhat slow, but it works.

          Re: Evolution

I am having trouble connecting to our company Exchange server.
When I enter my username and OWA URL and try to authenticate, I get the following message:

Could not configure Exchange account because
an unknown error occurred. Check URL,
username, and password, and try again.

This is the same URL and username that works via OWA & Firefox on the same box.
