Is there an easy way to change system sounds?

Some like in Windows..

I don't know if it can be called easy, but go to SystemSettings>Notifications (Notice the 'Event Source' drop-down box where you can change the source to 'KDE system notifications' and 'KDE window manager', for example)

Hmm Ok. I see.

But I cannot do like..

Use Pack Number One.

Or use Pack Number Three.

Something like KDM Manager, or theme manager ...etc.
