Kubuntu suddenly reboots

Hi, I'm having this problem:

I'm using Firefox and suddenly Kubuntu reboots, I see a check screen and then I see the login screen. It all takes no more than seconds, but it is really anoying.

Help please!

It sounds like a restart of the X server, while the rest of the system continues to run. This would be caused by some problem with the video/graphics driver, I would think. What is your display chip, and what driver are you running?
