Was wondering if Kubuntu 7.04 will install OK on an AMD Athlon XP system. It's a regular 32 bit chip. I've read about some problems with the 64 bit chip. Thanks.

Give it a go, what's the worst that can happen (unless you can't re-install WinXP)? Booting to the liveCD is generally a good test to see if things work. Load up live, test your sound, network etc and see if you come accross any problems. If not, off you go into the free world!Comment
