Installing VMware Tools in feisty fawn VM

Hi, New to Kubuntu. I've just installed in VMware (Workstation 5.5.3) virtual machine. Seems to work, can browse web, print.
Kubuntu not listed in VMware standard machines but Ubuntu is so I used that.
Wondering how to install VMware Tools in the Kubuntu Virtual Machine.
Appreciate a point in the right direction.
