Headphones issue on Acer AspireONE with Kubuntu 9.04

Hi All,
I have a strange issue on my new Kubuntu box. If I use headphones, I hear sound only from the left side. the right headphone is silent.

Any idea on how to troubleshooting it? Has anyone got the same problem?

I've got the same problem. Anyone know the answer. Sofar no problems with anything else

I actually noted it is just skype. System applications work well. I guess there is a problem in Skype.
