Why CPU is overused all the time?

I use kubuntu feisty, but the system monitor show 0% idle all the time.
    What is the matter?
    How can I know?

I use a DELL Inspiron 9300 with centrino. Power profile is Dynamic.

    Hi,

From a konsole, type top, and check what is the highest processes running on your machine, it will tell you what's going on.

            Isn't that weird.
Next time you do a clean boot, attach the entire output of "dmesg". Don't post it, it'll be really long.

                Well, that didn't help.
Um... any KDE logs you can dig up?
