Upon advice from a friend, I installed the new Ndiswrapper 1.7 and the 4318 now works. Hooray it appears that the old Ndiswrapper in Dapper, does not see the 4318. I have to do a sudo modprobe ndiswrapper each time I boot, since I do not know how to set it up at the start, but I now have wireless on my zv6000 notebook. This is just to help those who have the same problem. Thanks for all the help I get from the group, this is just a little pay back to help others. Maybe they can upgrade the ndiswrapper to the new version for all the new people trying Dapper.

Re: Broadcom 4318 now works
1richard great. Kick me if you ever meet me by the way, because I totally forgot to ask about ndiswrapper :P Someone told me recently they had broadcom issues until they upgraded ndiswrapper. Now I will hopefully remember this!!! Thanks for the update also.
