Software RAID Installation

Hey,

I've had a look around the forums and I haven't been able to find a nice effective technique of completing a RAID installation. I'm presuming there is one, and, if there is: are there any decent howto's out there?

I'm trying to complete a RAID0 installation, if that's any help . . .

I tried doing this, but I can't seem to find "Linux RAID" as an option for a file system. Any idea on how to find this?
