I see when i boot up that i have the options along the lines of
ubuntu kernal 2.6.13x25
ubuntu kernal 2.6.13x25[recovery mode]
ubuntu kernal 2.6.13x26
ubuntu kernal 2.6.13x25[recovery mode]
other operating systems
Is there a way to get 2.4.x installed as a boot option without repartitioning and installing an old version of ubuntu on that new partition?
PS. this is an attempt at a workaround for cdrecord problems!
