    Wireless Assistant not connecting automatically

    Hi guys!

I am using Kubuntu 6.10. and I am using the latest version of wireless Assistant to connect to my router and it works fine. The problem is every time KDE starts I have to manually execute wireless Assistant, type in the Sudo password and then connect to my router. I want it to be able to connect it automatically every time. Is there any modifications I can do to some files which will let me do that. By the way in Wireless Assistant, under Interface tap I have already selected Automatic(DHCP).

    Thanks in advanced.

Have you tried installing knetworkmanager? I traditionally have had better success with it. In 6.06 and 6.10 I had problems with wlassistant and kwifimanager and had to trick the system with the two tools to sometimes get a connection.
