Hi,
I'm a recent convert from windows and so have little idea of how to straighten things out. I've scowered forums and help pages but i couldn't find anything.
Basically, I've got a fresh install, i installed the libxine-extracodecs and both my sound cards were found on install.
1. some intel soundMAX thing on the laptop itself
2. trust 510ex sound expert external (usb)
but they both play the right speaker only. i did some research and apparently linux will only utilise the front left/right speaker when playing a stereo track anyway. but the left side is sorely missed.
Thanks for your help in advance.
Tom.
