    Need help with video driver

My refresh rate is 60hz and can not go up.

In Display manager under Video Adapter there is a word "nv"

Does it mean that Kubuntu did not detect video drivers?

"nv" means it is using the open source nvidia driver (you do have an nvidia based graphics card?) . If you install nvidia-glx (sudo apt-get install nvidia-glx) then edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf to change "nv" to "nvidia" and comment out the line that says - Load "dri"
you will improve the performance of your graphics system.

How do I manually edit refresh rate limits?

I think with the new driver the rates will be detected.
I tried Enlightenment once, it was pretty cool.
