At a loss, CD Drive and DVD Drive don't mount

    Okay,

When I put a cd in the cd drive it comes up in KDE Daemon has:

A new medium has been detected.
What do you want to do?
    Medium Type: Unmounted CD Writer

When I put a dvd in dvd drive it comes up in KDE Daemon has:

A new medium has been detected.
What do you want to do?
    Medium Type: Unmounted DVD

    My fstab looks like this:

    # /etc/fstab: static file system information.
    #
    # <file system> <mount point>   <type>  <options>       <dump>  <pass>
    proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
    /dev/hdb1 / ext3 nouser,defaults,errors=remount-ro,atime,auto,rw,dev,exec,suid 0 1
    /dev/hdb5 none swap sw 0 0
    /dev/hdc /media/cdrom auto user,atime,auto,ro,dev,exec,suid 0 0
    /dev/hdd /media/cdrom0 auto user,atime,auto,ro,dev,exec,suid 0 0
    /dev/fd0 /media/floppy vfat uid=0,gid=0,noauto,ro,user 0 0

    The problem is this:

CD Nor DVD Drives are mounting automatically when disks are inserted into the drives to:

    cd drive /media/cdrom
    dvd drive /media/cdrom0

    Anyhelp would be appriciated
