[DESKTOP] Start Menu Resizable? Steam?

Hello everyone!

I have a fresh install and everything works perfectly except Steam.

Although I installed steam millions of time in the past, I can't install steam on Kubuntu 20.10 today.


I tried to install it. I couldn't. I removed it, tried again, removed again, tried again..


Could you please guide me as step by step from this point?

Note: Current situation when I try to start steam from the terminal:

And my second question is that can we resize the start menu; because it is gigantic! Waiting for your help.

How did you install steam?
Any error messages when doinmg so?
It is also entirely possible that steam does not yet support 20.10. or has problems
