[putting this one out there as a fix to a problem others may encounter]
My setup is as follows:
Operating System: Kubuntu 20.10
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.74.0
Qt Version: 5.14.2
I am running LibreOffice 7.0.2.2 from the groovy main repo.
When I start LibreOffice none of the icons in the toolbar show up. LibreOffice works fine but no icons.
The problem, at least for me, was the Icon Style that LibreOffice was choosing.
In Tools -> Options -> View the Icon Style was set to "Automatic (Breeze (dark))". I am running Breeze as my theme but Breeze Dark as my icon style.
Anyway, changed it the Icon Style to Breeze in LibreOffice and presto the icons are back.
