[DESKTOP] Kubuntu 19.10 does not remember screen orientation on startup

I recently installed Kubuntu 19.10. I have this problem: When I reboot, Kubuntu has forgotten my display orientation settings. It prompts me and asks how I want to arrange my two monitors. I have one monitor rotated 90 degrees, and of course I want KDE to remember this on startup.

My graphics card, according to lspci, is an NVIDIA Corporation GP106 [GeForce GTX 1060 6GB] (rev a1)

Might I be missing some drivers?

Update: After a few reboots the problem seems to have gone away. Hm.
